How can I place an order?

Placing your order could not be easier and we are delighted to offer various methods to give customers total satisfaction and peace of mind when ordering.

How secure is this website?

The security and integrity of your personal data is at the forefront of our priorities. Our website utilises the latest in SSL encryption. This means that once you enter your details onto our website, they are encrypted to prevent misuse, and only decrypted when they reach our computers. Our security systems are regularly audited by external regulatory bodies. You can always check the security of our website by the golden padlock in the address bar and from the 'https' at the front of the website address.

What payment methods do you accept?

We accept all major UK and International credit and debit cards, including Visa, Mastercard, Maestro, Solo and Electron. Unfortunately American Express cards are not currently accepted. Payment details are accepted online, by phone, fax and also email. Please choose the method most convenient to you. We also accept cheques, postal orders and bank transfers payable to Wellglow UK. All orders must pass a standard security check prior to dispatch.

Do you have a catalogue?

At the present time, we do not have a catalogue. Instead, our website allows us to constantly update prices, specifications and to add new products, which would not be possible through a printed catalogue.

I would like to place an order by post/ fax. Can I download an order form?

If you wish to fax/ post your order to us, we would recommend you download our template order form at this address. Simply fill out the form and fax or post it to us along with payment (alternatively fill in the credit card slip along the bottom). Please don't forget to include the cost of delivery.

Can I place an order using a purchase order or invoice?

The most convenient method of ordering is often by credit card via the website. We provide a full invoice and VAT breakdown for all orders, allowing you to reclaim the cost if a personal card is used. However, Schools, Universities, Registered Charities and Governmental organisations automatically qualify for trade credit terms. Please email or fax a copy of your purchase order, or order on official letter headed paper, to po@wellglow.co.uk.
Once this is received, we will acknowledge your request and contact you to confirm acceptance and make arrangements to deliver the goods.


Delivery
How long does delivery take?

All orders placed before 5pm on a weekday will be dispatched within 48 hours. The vast majority of orders will be dispatched the same working day, however on rare occasions the goods may not be sent until the next day. We will contact you via email to inform you of such a delay. Orders placed after 5pm, at the weekend or on Public Holidays will not be dispatched until the next working day.

How much does delivery cost?

All delivery charges are calculated based on the overall weight of your order. Since we offer a wide range of delivery options to suit our customers needs, we are unable to publish costs in a list on our website. The price for each service varies, and can be calculated on the Checkout after you have entered your billing details. Please note that many of our products especially Glow sticks etc. are bulky and heavy and do cost a premium to deliver. Our delivery charges cover our expenses only and no profit is made from shipping charges.

What delivery services do you offer?

We offer a variety of delivery services to suit customers needs. The price for each service varies, and can be calculated on the Checkout after you have entered your billing details. By doing this, it enables us to accurately calculate delivery costs. Deliveries to Northern Ireland, the Highlands and non UK mainland will incur an additional fee.

    Standard 3-5 Day Delivery
    Our lowest price delivery service, which aims to deliver goods within 3-5 days from dispatch. This service uses 2nd Class Royal Mail and therefore is subject to delays, however Royal Mail currently boast a 99% success rate of deliverys in 3 working days.

    Next Day Delivery by 4pm
    Our Next Day service guarantees delivery the following working day. This service requires a signature as standard and is fully insured to the total value of your order.

    Next Day Delivery by 12pm Noon
    This is our premium next day delivery service, which guarantees prompt delivery the following working day by 12pm. This service requires a signature as standard and is fully insured to the total value of your order.

    Saturday Delivery by 12pm
    Ideally suited to last minute orders, or to customers who are unavailable during the week to be able to sign for their delivery. This service is guaranteed by 12pm on Saturday, and is insured to the total value of your order. You may choose this service any day of the week, and your order will be held until Friday for it to be delivered on Saturday.

    Northern Ireland, Channel Islands, Scottish Highlands
    For orders going off of the UK mainland and onto the Scottish Highlands, Northern Ireland, the Channel Islands and so forth, delivery to these areas will incur an additional charge of £8 GBP per order. A signature is required, and is fully insured upto the total value of your order.

Which other countries do you deliver to?

It is possible for us to deliver worldwide, however due to costs it may be un-economical to deliver to certain countries. Our online system will calculate the cost to most major countries in Europe, however if your destination is not listed or you require a more detailed quotation, please do not hesitate to contact us.

How can I track the status of my order?

You will be automatically emailed by our system at certain milestones in the process of your order, such as when it is disptched. Should you wish to track your order online, you may do so at any time through our Order Tracking service. This provides you with real time updates to your order.

My order has not been delivered yet, when will it arrive?

Occasionally, there may be unexpected delays with dispatch or delivery of your order. After a few days we suggest you email us at the address shown of the 'contact us' page, along with your order number and name, and we will respond with further details about your order if necessary.


Returns And Privacy
What is your returns policy?

In accordance to the Consumer Protection (Distance Selling) Regulations, Customers wishing to return goods must inform us of their intention to return within seven (7) days from the day after the delivery was made. A full refund will be issued within thirty (30) days from the request. If goods are faulty or incorrect, we will reimburse your return postage costs, (or at our discretion, arrange a courier collection) due to our error. In all other cases, consumers will be required to cover the cost of return postage or courier collection.

How do I return an item?

If you do wish to return an item for whatever reason, you must inform us of your intention to return within seven (7) days from the day after the date of delivery. Goods to be returned should be sent to our office address, marked "Returns". Please ensure you include a copy of the original delivery note/ order number, without this there may be problems identifying your order.

What is your privacy policy?

The Wellglow UK privacy policy is simple; your personal details are not passed on to any 3rd parties apart from the necessary requirements to fulfil your order. All personal data is stored is accordance with the DATA PROTECTION ACT OF 1983 and is not stored on any website.

There are a few companies that may be given your details. Information is passed to our delivery company including, but not limited to, Royal Mail, APC Overnights and others. Additionally, we may pass your details to fraud checking agencies should we feel this is required to prevent a fraudulent transaction. Please be aware that all the companies have strict data protection policies and do not share your personal details either. You can request a copy of all the details we hold for you. A fee of £5 is payable to cover administrative costs.


About Our Products
Are glow products safe?

Yes. All of our glow products are CE and EN71 approved. If you do not know what EN71 and CE are, they are certifications that must be applied to any product in the EU. Our glow products are Fully UK Certified as a Toy product and completely safe for children aged three years and over. Our manufacturing process also meet with ISO9001 standards.

How long will glow sticks last?

The total glow duration depends on the product itself. Glow Bracelets and Necklaces typically have a lifespan of 12 hours, however our deluxe glow sticks will glow for upto 36 hours. The glow duration of each product is listed on its individual page. You are able to extend the life by cooling or freezing the glow stick periodically. Thus, you are also able to shorten the life by heating the glow stick in water, which will result in a brighter glow.
