How Can I Place An Order?
Placing your order could not be easier and there are many different ordering options:
Regardless of the method of ordering, we require full payment before we can dispatch goods to you.
We accept all major credit and debit cards: Visa, Mastercard, Delta, Electron, Switch, Solo and Maestro. You can send your card details online, by phone, fax and post. Cheques and postal orders are also accepted. Please make cheques payable to 'Wellglow UK' and don't forget to include the cost of delivery on the payment. Cheques/ postal orders should be sent to the address shown on our contact page.
How Soon Will My Order Be Delivered?
All possible orders placed before 4pm are dispatched the same day from our Nottingham warehouse. Some orders placed after this time may also be dispatched, however this is not guaranteed.
We offer a variety of delivery services that you can choose at a later stage during the checkout process.

Next Day Delivery by 5.30pm
Customers that choose this Next Day delivery service can expect to recieve their order the next day by 5.30pm, when placed before 4pm on a weekday.

Next Day Delivery by 12pm Noon
Customers that choose this premium Next Day delivery service can expect to recieve their order the next day by 12pm noon, when placed before 4pm on a weekday. There is an additional cost for this service that is shown at a later stage in the checkout.

Next Day Delivery by 9.30am
Customers that choose this premium Next Day delivery service can expect to recieve their order the next day by 9.30am, when placed before 4pm on a weekday. There is an additional cost for this service that is shown at a later stage in the checkout.

Saturday Delivery by 12pm
Customers that choose this premium Saturday delivery service can expect to recieve their order on Saturday by 12pm noon, when placed before 4pm on a weekday. Their is an additional cost for this service that is shown at a later stage in the checkout.
You may select this service any day of the week. We will hold your order until Friday when it will be dispatched out for Saturday
How Can I Track The Status Of My Order?
You can track your order at any time of the day or night, using the Wellglow Order Tracking System. The information is updated in realtine and will provide you with accurate information on your order, for example, if it has been dispatched. Please note that your order reference is the first five digits of the code. Therefore order number 10123-4567890, the 10123 is the number valid for tracking.
I Haven't Recieved My Order Yet, When Will It Arrive?
Sometimes there may be unexpected delays with dispatch or delivery of your order. We suggest you email us at the address shown of the 'contact us' page, along with your order number and name, and we will respond with further details about your order.
What Delivery Company Do You Use For Orders?
For smaller orders, we use Royal Mail 1st Class Post, but for larger orders (delivery charge in excess of £5) are sent by next day Interlink Express courier. All items require a signature so please use an address where someone is able to sign for the package.
How Secure Is This Website?
The security of your personal details are one of our top priorities at Wellglow UK. To ensure that your details are secure, we have utilised the latest SSL security encryption. You can tell if a page is secure if there is a 'golden padlock' and the address of the website begins 'https' instead of 'http'. In addition to this, all information is stored in accordance with the Data Protection Act.
I Want To Return All/ Part Of My Order, How Can I Do This?
As a consumer you are entitled to a seven (7) day 'cooling off' period, during which you may return your order without question. You must notify us within (7) seven days of your intention. Genuinely faulty goods may be returned within 30 days for refund or replacement at no charge to you. Electronic products are guaranteed for one (1) year from purchase.
Are Your Glow Products Safe?
Yes. All of our glow products are CE and EN71 approved. If you do not know what EN71 and CE are, they are certifications that must be applied to any product in the EU. Our glow products are Fully UK Certified and completely safe for children aged 3years and above.
